Tibet: a place apart. Yeshi C. Doma’s home country sits atop the world and, to a large degree, outside of it. She founded Tibet Home in 1998 to bring hand-woven wool and silk home goods into the Western home. Tibetan artisans in Nepal use traditional hand-knotting techniques to create the designs conceived of at their studio in New York City. Each pillow blends ancient Tibetan and contemporary art in vibrant shades of memory and imagination.
